What is Integrative Therapy?

Integrative therapy is an approach that combines various therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual.

It recognises that no two people are the same, so I draw on a variety of techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, TA and Gestalt  to create a tailored treatment plan that works for you.

This approach is designed to not only address specific issues but also to foster overall well-being, emotional balance, and deeper self-understanding. It’s a holistic practice that honors the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - offering a flexible and adaptable approach to healing and growth.

Who Can Benefit from Therapy?

You don't need to have a "crisis" to benefit from therapy.

Therapy is for anyone who:

  • Is going through a challenging or transitional period in life.

  • Feels overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or depression.

  • Struggles with relationships, communication, or life decisions.

  • Wants to better understand themselves and their emotions.

  • Is interested in self-development, building awareness, and achieving personal growth.

I work with individuals who may be experiencing any of these struggles or simply wish to deepen their sense of self and live a more fulfilling life.
