I offer integrative and compassionate counselling, designed to support and empower you on your unique journey. I offer a tailored approach to your individual needs, which means that our work together is designed to honour what feels right for you, allowing growth and healing that aligns with your own rhythm. . With a flexible approach, I create a warm, confidential and welcoming space, where you can feel safe to explore your inner world at your own pace.

I am an Indvidual Member of the BACP - British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

As a BACP Individual member, I meet their high standards of proficiency, professionalism and ethical practice.

I have a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, alongside a Level 3 and Level 2 Qualification in Counselling.
​
I also have an up-to-date DBS check and have a history of working with adults and young people.
